Impression Studio & Gift Store offers a variety of customizable gifts, including but not limited to personalized photo frames, engraved keepsakes, custom apparel, and more. All products and services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item or service at any time without prior notice.
Customization and Personalization:
When placing an order for a customized gift, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including text, images, or any other content to be used in the customization process. By submitting your customization details, you affirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Pricing and Payments:
All prices for our products and services are listed in the local currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and other secure payment options. By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing and payment terms applicable at the time of the transaction.
Shipping and Delivery:
We strive to fulfill and deliver orders in a timely manner. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the nature of the product. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues. Impression Studio & Gift Store is not liable for any delays beyond our reasonable control.
Rules for delivery:
a) Delivery will be made as per the delivery instructions. e.g. if delivery instructions state that the product must be delivered to the recipient only, it will not be given to any one else and shall be considered delivered if recipient is not available. If recipient doesn’t accept the delivery, we shall consider the order to be delivered.
b) Impression Studio & Gift will be able to attempt delivery of your gifts only ONCE. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
1. Wrong shipping/delivery address.
2. Recipient not available.
3. Premises locked.
4. Wrong landlines / Mobile number or Extension number which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.
5. Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
6. Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.
Returns and Refunds:
As most of our products are customized, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will assist you in resolving the issue if the opening video is available, we will assist you in sending the replacement order without question.
Intellectual Property:
All content, designs, and artwork on our website, including but not limited to logos, images, graphics, and text, are the intellectual property of Impression Studio & Gift Store and protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability:
Impression Studio & Gift Store shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Junagadh, Gujarat, India Jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes made will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website and services after the changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
