Thank you for shopping with Impression Studio & Gifts. We take pride in delivering high-quality and personalized products to our valued customers. Please read our Return and Refund/Order Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
Cash on Delivery not available
We deals in customized products so cancellation/refund is not possible after placing an order. If the order cannot be processed due to any unavoidable circumstances, then the we will reimburse your money within 10-15 working days.
Return and Refund :
a. Customize Gift Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been customized with specific names, images, or messages, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit. If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the order to initiate a return or replacement.
b. Non-Customized Items: For non-customized items , we do accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged Product being received :
If the product received has the exterior box/cover tampered with, DO NOT ACCEPT IT. Instead, snap a picture and share it with us while rejecting it, which may help us place a fresh order before the damaged one is returned to us for inquiry. If the product is received in fine condition but the inside product is damaged, we will assist you in managing it; however, if the opening video is available, we will assist you in sending the replacement order without question.
Replacement Process :
a. In the event of a damaged or defective customized gift, we kindly request that you record a video while opening the package, clearly showing the issue with the product. This video will help us quickly process your replacement request.
b. Contact Customer Support: If you encounter any issues with your order, such as a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the order. You can reach us via info@impressiongift.in or 9712638612. Please provide your order number and attach the gift opening video (if applicable) for a faster resolution.
Order Cancellation Policy :
a.Once an order for a customized gift is placed, it immediately enters the production process. Therefore, we cannot cancel an order for a customized gift if the printing or personalization process has already begun.
b. Non-Customized Orders: Orders for non-customized items can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your non-customized order, please contact our customer support team immediately.

We reserve the right to reject return or replacement requests if the issue arises from customer misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow product care instructions.
We are not responsible for errors in the customization details provided by the customer. Please double-check all customization information before placing your order.
